For fit studios

Prove the fit actually worked.

Run sessions on a tablet. Hand the rider a real report. Then watch the metrics that actually move with fit — L/R balance, time standing, pedal smoothness — across their next 30 days of rides.

Free during early access. No card. You can switch off any time — the rider data leaves with the rider.

What you get

A studio platform, not a spreadsheet.

Every primitive a serious bike-fit studio actually uses, on one rider record.

Tablet capture

Lay the iPad on the bench. Type measurements with the rider on the trainer. Live knee-angle check from their body data flags out-of-range values before you save.

One report, printable

Cover page, intake summary, before/after measurements, the photos you took, your signature. Generate as PDF and email it — or hand them a printed copy.

Automated touchpoints

Post-fit follow-up, 30-day check-in, quarterly review, annual refit — auto-scheduled when you save the session. Override per rider, snooze, or cancel from the fitter inbox.

Fit-impact view

When the rider uploads their .fit rides, we compare the 30 days before vs after the saddle change on L/R balance, time standing, and pedal smoothness. Real proof, not training noise.

Garage of bikes

Every rider, every bike, every measurement, every revision. Pull up a returning rider's last fit on any device — the timeline shows you every change made by anyone.

Cross-fitter handoffs

Multiple fitters in a studio share the rider roster. Past sessions stay attributed; the rider grants what they want visible. Travelling rider? Their next fitter sees the history.

How we're different

The rider owns the data. You keep the relationship.

Every other fit platform locks the rider record inside the studio's account. The rider can't see it without an invite, can't take it with them, can't share it with a future fitter without re-keying everything.

Flux inverts that. The rider has an account too — phone app or web. They see their own measurements, grant you access, revoke it if they want. You see exactly the rider records riders have shared with you. Switching to a different studio costs nothing on either side. Which is exactly why your work has to speak for itself — and it does.

  • No lock-in
Cancel any time. The rider keeps every measurement, photo, and report.
  • Granular grants
Riders decide which fitters see their bikes vs body measurements vs activity data.
  • Audit-friendly
Every revision attributed to a fitter and timestamp. Liability-clean.
Why this matters

The metric your competitors don't have.

Every studio takes measurements. We're the only one that ties those measurements to what the rider's body actually does on the road in the weeks after.

01

They upload their rides (.fit)

Riders export .fit files from their head unit (Garmin / Wahoo / Hammerhead) and upload them — we read the power, cadence, balance, and time-standing series for every ride for the before/after comparison.

02

You change a fit value

Saddle +5 mm. Stem swap. Cleat reposition. When you save the session, we mark the change with a date.

03

We compare 30 days before vs after

L/R pedal balance, time out of the saddle, pedal smoothness — the metrics that genuinely move with fit, not the ones that just move with training. You get a one-glance card showing what changed. So does the rider.

A session, end-to-end

How a fit actually runs.

  1. Before
    Rider intake
Send the rider a self-serve intake link or have them fill it on the iPad in the waiting area. Goals, pain points, current bikes, body measurements. Lands on the session card before they walk into the bay.
  2. During
    Tablet capture
Type measurements as you take them. Live knee-angle check flags out-of-range values. Snap a side-on photo and pull saddle / bar / cleat coordinates straight off it.
  3. At save
    Report + touchpoints
Generate the printable report. Touchpoints (30-day check-in, quarterly review, annual refit) auto-schedule. Email the report to the rider — or hand them a printout.
  4. After
    Watch the metrics
Days later, fit-impact starts to fill in. You can see whether the saddle change actually moved the rider's L/R balance across real rides — and so can they.

The questions every studio asks first.

Can we import our existing rider records?
Yes. Send us a CSV (we'll publish a template) or paste rider records into a bulk-import sheet. We seed the rider accounts and email each rider a claim link so they own their data from day one.
What happens to my rider data if I stop using Flux?
Nothing happens to the riders — their accounts are their own. You lose the studio dashboard, but the data was never yours to keep. You can export your session log as a CSV any time.
Do riders need to install the app?
No. Everything they can do in the phone app is also available at app.moondoggle.dev on the web. App is a nicer experience on a phone — that's it.
What about EU privacy / GDPR?
Rider data lives on EU-region infrastructure for EU riders. Riders can export and delete their own data from their account at any time. We'll sign a DPA on request.
What hardware do we need?
An iPad or Android tablet for the bay, plus whatever you already use for printing reports. No proprietary cameras, no sensor suite. Photo-fit works off the tablet camera.
Can we white-label the report?
Yes — studio logo, name, fitter signature, and contact details show on the cover. Per-studio brand color is on the roadmap.

Run your next fit on Flux.
